Mount Maunganui Renovation
We recently completed a renovation in Mount Maunganui for Nat and Chris's home on Valley Road. This project was both challenging and creative, and we're really proud of the outcome. From removing the entire roof structure to addressing unexpected issues, the build required close collaboration and thoughtful problem-solving between our build team and the engineers. During this time, we worked closely with Nat and Chris, providing timely solutions to help them make informed decisions and enable us to remedy the situation.
One of the highlights of this renovation was the interior wall arches. Instead of removing them, we incorporated their traditional style, which gave the home a modern twist. Another highlight was the staircase. We replaced the old stairs entirely with custom built stairs. The new stairs were a rewarding transformation that has become a beautiful feature of the home.
The owner, Nat, led the design finishing, and her attention to detail brought the interior to life, creating a modern family home that beautifully elevated the space.
