Our Straight Up Builders team built this new home for Kim and Scott in Papamoa on a bare section in Topaz Drive. The design was a modest, single-story layout with a few thoughtful features that made it extra special for the owners. The new home felt welcoming and had a broad appeal to families when it went to market before Kim and Scott moved overseas.
What stood out most about this project was how well it balanced affordability with quality. It’s a great example of how we can create homes that are both practical and attractive. Kim and Scott loved the final result, which made this project especially rewarding for us.
